Buddhist Psychology Workshop
November 6, 2010 King's University College, London, ON
Back Student Lounge, 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Registration Fee: $100 (lunch included)

This workshop is a chance to get immersed in a fascinating subject that touches the human heart. Buddhism is a tradition of spiritual growth and grace that has been developing sophisticated psychological methods since ancient times. David Brazier has spent several decades interpreting and presenting these principles and methods for Western practitioners in ways that can be applied in therapy, in personal growth, in spiritual practice, and in all forms of human relations. The path throws light on the transformation that trust brings to the human spirit and the central role of love and adversity in human life. David has been involved  in the development of an “other-centered approach” to understanding how character is formed. This day workshop provides a taste of some of these methods and ideas, looking at how the mind is conditioned and at the skillful means that can transform such conditioning in positive ways.
